Bio
David G. Smith has over 20 years of broadcast television experience first as a news cameraman for local TV stations and then as a broadcast and corporate freelancer. His first freelance assignment was the O.J. Simpson Trial in Los Angeles for NBC. He shoots locally in Colorado and the United States plus travels extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, Central and South America for assignments. David is offering his services as a freelance cameraman with additional crew members as needed.

Rates
Cameraman Only, Beta-SP or DVCAM (includes lighting kit, audio, tripod and monitor)
- $600 - ½ Day (5 hours or less)
- $1000 - Full Day (5-10 hours)
Cameraman Only, HDV or Mini-DV (includes lighting kit, audio, tripod and monitor):
- $400 - ½ Day (5 hours or less)
- $800 - Full Day (5-10 hours)
Additional Crew Members:
- $400 - Audio Tech ½ Day (5 hours or less)
- $500 - Audio Tech, Full Day (5-10 hours)
- $250 - Grip, ½ Day (5 hours or less)
- $350 - Grip, Full Day (5-10 hours)
- $400 - Makeup Artist, Full Day (10 hours or less)
Expenses such as, tape stock, mileage (over 50 per day), parking, rentals, etc. are extra.
Crew Overtime in effect over 10 hours (contact for rates).
